I am in the process of loading up items. There will be new ones each week as I down-size my huge library! All books are used but in good to excellent condition.
Some other items such as original affirmation CDs and jewellery will be new, but very reasonably priced. Oh how hard it is to 'release' my much-loved book-pets! They have truly blessed me...my desire and intention is that they will do the same for someone else.
Just a note to let you know that as from 21.7.2009 the Heartlight Kirtan session (from 12.30-2.30pm Tuesdays) will be followed by an additional session of more traditional chanting.
HEARTLIGHT CHANTING FOR CHANGE will begin at 2.45pm through to 4.00pm.
This session will focus on more traditional chanting of specific mantras for positive change in the areas of health, prosperity, relationships, spirituality and general well-being.
Most of the mantras used will be traditional Sanskrit mantras. These can be very powerful catalysts for positive change.
One of the areas mentioned above will be chosen each week and instruction given on how and what to chant while linking the energy to an intention.
Chanting is a remarkable andeffective tool to improve our lives and raise positive energy for the good of all.
If you are already attending the Heartlight Kirtan you are welcome to stay on for this session.
MMMmmmm....! Well this IS a journey! From the start of this year I have been following the 'inner promptings' of 'IT'...'them'...the great inner Divinity...to work with voice for the highest good of all. Beginning with an affirmations singalong group...moving into toning...and now back to my roots...chanting...! OK..I'll play the game. The great game 'Lila' (in sanskrit)...and none of it is personal. It is up to me to remain aware enough in the present moment to intuit clearly where to put my energy for the greatest good..including mine of course. I guess it is what they call recognising one's Dharma. One of the commonest things people say, after complaining about how unfulfilled they feel in whatever area of their life they are whingeing about, when they are asked what would make them feel good?...what do they WANT to do?...is I DON'T KNOW!...NO IDEA...! So I'm feeling really grateful indeed to step off that cab rank and to finally be on the Dharma journey. Not that it is a straightforward 'here's your package now go to it ' kind of thing. Our Affirmations singalong was far more powerful than I expected. In fact i have experienced some kind of deep healing! I hope all those who came along found the processes as effective. It was such a buzz to sing with such amazing folks!
We did our vocal warm-ups, toned and voice-washed eachother, cleared and raised energy for healing, sang and sang, talked and drank tea. The energy was awesome. The affirmations were simple yet profound...I DESERVE THE BEST, I DESERVE SUCCESS, I DESERVE PROSPERITY......I LOVE EVERYONE AND EVERYONE LOVES ME, I OPEN UP MY HEART AND LOVE FLOWS IN, I OPEN UP MY HEART AND TRUE LOVE SINGS IN ME....amongst others.
The power of positive words is much greater than many realise. Words are carriers of energy, and coupled with melody and voice we are touching on the creative power of the Universe!

I am just reflecting over the last few months. So much has changed, both within and without. My new reality IS manifesting. It is a bit like a plant growing. If you sit and watch it you are unlikely to notice any movement or change. But if you leave it for a couple of weeks (with water of course), the new growth and changes are quite obvious.
On a day to day basis I haven't noticed much, but in retrospect it is HUGE!
Crank up the reiki, cast the circle round the computer, call in your guides & angels...whatever raises your energy...set your intention clearly, and intend that everyone succeeds in manifesting their heart's desire...join with everyone by focusing on the ENERGY FOCUS CRYSTAL. Have your own at homeas well if u wish(add photo too if u wish ..on the Facebook group site 'Manifest Our Reality"). Pour in the power/energy/intention to be amplified and returned as your manifesting intention, and know that you & everyone else are succeeding in this peocess. If u r a sensitive you will feel the power! Change can happen instantly..it often is more apparent by waiting until the next month and looking back to see what has changed...like a plant growing..you couldn't see it actually growing, but a month later the change is really obvious!!
